Registration True Copy

An existing FZE or FZCO may request for attesting its registration documents issued by Jafza as true copies. Registration documents applicable for attestation include:

• Certificate of incorporation
• Certificate of change of company name
• MOA of the FZE or FZCO
• Share certificates

Process Steps

1. Customers can log in to Dubai Trade Portal
2. Navigate to “Registration” and select “Registration Attestation – Approval.”
3. Select ‘True Copy’ to receive an attested copy of a Jafza-issued document.
4. A courier will be assigned to collect and deliver the documents.

Documents Required

Copy of the documents requiring attestation.

Notes

The attested Document will be delivered by Courier.
